Eligibility & Access

Only Deans or Directors of institutions ranked among the 1000 Best business schools are eligible to participate. However, this right can be delegated to a representative. To do so, please send a request with the representative's full name, title, and email address to deans.vote@eduniversal-group.com.

Click on the "Start your voting session 2025" button on the website and log in using the credentials provided to you via email. If you've lost your credentials, use the "Forgot your password" function to receive new ones within 24 hours.

Preparing Your Vote

We suggest you to begin by downloading the list of the Eduniversal Official Selection of the 1,000 business schools in 154 countries and territories.

This will help you familiarize yourself with the institutions and streamline your voting process.

This also can help your team to participate if you choose to manage this voting session integrating the vision of different members of your staff.

You can use the list as a tool to prepare your vote in advance, and then delegate the task of entering the recommendations into the platform to one of your colleagues if time is an issue. In that case, it remains your responsibility either to share your login credentials with that person, or to officially delegate your vote to them for the 2025 session.

Please note that this delegation is valid for this session only.

No, countries are presented in alphabetical order from Albania to Zimbabwe. You must follow this sequence. Your own country will appear last, and you cannot vote for institutions in your country until then.

Voting Guidelines for the Eduniversal Best Business School Ranking (for Schools from 5 to 1 Palmes of Excellence)

You can recommend no more than 50% of the ranked schools in any given country or territory recognized in the ranking.

For example, if there are 10 institutions in a country, you can recommend a maximum of 5.

If you lack sufficient information or have no recommendations for institutions in a particular country/territory, select: "No, I don’t recommend any institution in this country." And follow to the process with the next country/territory.

No, you are not allowed to vote for your own institution. Consequently, your institution will not appear in the voting list for your country.

Managing Your Voting Session

Yes, you can save your progress at any time.

Your information will be automatically restored when you return, allowing you to continue your voting session.

Once you submit your final recommendations, your voting session is closed and cannot be modified.

If you participated in the previous year's vote and wish to reiterate your recommendations, you can use the "Quick Process" feature to expedite your voting session.

Voting Guidelines for the Eduniversal SELECTED SCHOOLS?

Selected Schools are institutions recognized by Eduniversal for their positive development dynamics within their respective countries/territories. While they are not part of the top 1,000 ranked business schools and do not receive a Palme of Excellence, they are acknowledged as promising institutions contributing to the academic landscape.

The survey aims to identify and acknowledge institutions that, although not ranked among the top 1.000, demonstrate significant potential and development within their national context. This distinction helps highlight emerging schools that contribute positively to higher education in their countries/territories.

Yes, a Selected School can progress to become a ranked institution.

This transition depends on various factors, including the school's development, international influence, and recognition by peers. Schools can also apply for inclusion in the Ranking by submitting an application, which is reviewed by the Eduniversal International Scientific Committee.

The voting process for Selected Schools involves a three-step approach:

  1. Identifying institutions that should retain their Selected School status.
  2. Recommending new institutions that deserve the Selected School distinction.
  3. Suggesting other institutions for consideration in future evaluations.

Yes, you can propose additional institutions for consideration. During the voting process, there is an option to recommend schools that you believe should be included in the Selected Schools category.

It also increase the opportunities for international collaboration, and recognition of their commitment to academic excellence and development.

Last but not least, being recognized as a Selected School gives you the valuable opportunity to have your Master's degrees, MBAs, and other postgraduate programs considered for the prestigious Best Masters Ranking — at no cost. All it takes is submitting a free application form for each program you wish to present.

  • Ranked Schools are part of the top 1,000 business schools globally and receive a Palmes of Excellence (1 to 5) based on various criteria, including international influence and peer recommendations.
  • Selected Schools, while not ranked, are acknowledged for their promising development and contributions within their national context.
