Step 1:
Use your login and password to connect to your personal and confidential space –
When the voting session opens, each dean receive his login and his password by email at his personal address.

Step 2:
You have to give your schools recommendations country by country,
The countries are presented in the alphabetical order.
Your country will be the last one in the list in the voting process (after Zimbabwe).
Your votes are considered once the 153 countries from the Eduniversal System are examined.

Step 3:
You can select up to 50% of the schools for each country. You have to mark the corresponding schools and validate your recommendations for this country. The following country will follow in the next step.

You can select up to 50% of the schools for each country. If you don’t know or if you don’t want to recommend any school in the country, mark “no, I don’t have recommendation for this country” and the next country will appear on the screen.

Remember, your own school will not appear in the list of your country as you are not allowed to vote for your own academic institution

Step 4:
You can save and logout at any time.
You will be able to continue and report your annual recommendations using the same login and password.
You can also download the PDF list of the 1,000 Business Schools and prepare your annual recommendations with your team

Step 5: VERY IMPORTANT
If the Dean is not able to proceed to the annual recommendations for the academic institution he is in charge, he has to send by email the coordinates of the delegated person (name, surname, position and email address) to : marie-jose.sueiro@eduniversal.com
